Standard shipping for bikes typically takes 5-7 business days. Each bike undergoes a professional safety inspection before being packed in our heavy-duty transit boxes.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a multi-tool and a step-by-step assembly guide in every box.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all apparel and accessories, provided they are in new condition with original tags. For safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
